HOMICIDE
At 6 p.m. Thursday, December 6, 2018, friends of James Milliken, 68, went to check on him at his home in the 2700 block of Rangeline Road. There they found Milliken lying on the floor and unconscious or dead. Memphis Police officers and Memphis Fire personnel arrived and confirmed the death.
Milliken had suffered a gunshot wound. Several items were missing from the house. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call CrimeStoppers, 528-CASH (2274)
