Memphis Police Department officers from the Crump Precinct were in their squad car when they were flagged down by a pedestrian and told about a multi-car accident that had just happened in the 1800 block of Lamar Avenue at McLean Street in Midtown at 5:14 p.m. Sunday, October 6, 2019.
