HOMICIDE
Memphis Police officers from the Airways Station responded to a report of shots fired in the 700 block of East Dempster Avenue, near Pine Hills Park about 1 a.m. Sunday, November 3, 2019. The officers arrived to find Michael Street suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Memphis Fire Department personnel.
A suspect had been seen running from the scene and getting in a red vehicle. No other details were available. Investigators need help to solve this homicide.
