A Cold Case
The call to Memphis Police at 2:30 p.m. September 24, 2011 said that a man was shot inside a house in the 5500 block of Forsyth Drive in southeast Memphis. Police arrived at the residence and found Dennis Gilliam lying in bed. He had been shot.
Gilliam was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators are seeking information that could lead to identifying and arresting those responsible. Anyone with information is asked to contact CrimeStoppers by calling or texting 528-CASH (2274).
